Refund Policy

Overview

BrooksPro Haul-Off Services provides in-person services (haul-off, debris removal, and cleanouts). Because our work involves labor, scheduling, and disposal costs, refunds are handled according to the guidelines below.

Deposits

·       If a deposit is collected, it is used to reserve time on our schedule and may cover planning and mobilization.

·       Deposits may be non-refundable if we have reserved time, turned away other work, or incurred costs. If you cancel with reasonable notice, we may apply the deposit to a future rescheduled date at our discretion.

Service Payments

·       Payment is generally due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

·       If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the scope, photos, disposal receipts (if applicable), and the final invoice.

When Refunds May Be Issued

Refunds (full or partial) may be issued when: - You were billed for services not performed - A documented pricing or calculation error occurred - We are unable to complete the agreed scope and no reasonable alternative is accepted

Non-Refundable Charges

The following are generally not refundable once incurred: - Disposal, transfer station, recycling, and special handling fees - Trip charges for late cancellations, no-shows, or lack of access - Labor already performed (including loading, hauling, and cleanup) - Card processing fees charged by payment processors

Changes in Scope

If the amount of material, weight, access conditions, or special handling needs differ from what was described, pricing may change. We will confirm material changes before proceeding. Approved scope changes are not refundable.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks may delay resolution and may require documentation of services performed.

How to Request a Refund Review

Contact us using the phone number or email listed on your estimate or invoice and include: - Your name and service address - Invoice number (if available) - A brief description of the issue - Photos (if relevant)

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times vary by payment provider.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The Effective Date above reflects the latest version.
