Delivery Policy

Delivery Policy

Effective Date

January 9, 2026

What “Delivery” Means

BrooksPro Haul-Off Services provides in-person services (haul-off, debris removal, and cleanouts). “Delivery” in this policy refers to:

·       Arrival at the scheduled service location

·       Performance of the agreed removal/haul-off work

·       Delivery of estimates, invoices, and receipts by text, email, or paper copy

Primary Service Area

We primarily serve Vancouver, Washington. We also serve a broader portion of Southwest Washington and other Washington locations by request. Service outside our primary area may include additional travel charges.

Scheduling & Arrival Windows

·       Appointments are scheduled in advance by phone, text, or email.

·       We may provide an estimated arrival window instead of an exact time.

·       If delays occur (traffic, prior job running long, disposal facility lines), we will communicate updated timing as soon as possible.

Same-Day / Next-Day Service

Same-day or next-day service may be available depending on workload and disposal facility hours. Expedited scheduling may include a premium charge.

Estimates & Quotes

·       Quotes may be provided based on photos and a description, or after an on-site review.

·       Final pricing may change if the actual volume, weight, access conditions, or materials differ from what was described.

·       We will confirm any material changes in scope or price before proceeding.

Completion Standards

A job is considered delivered when: - The agreed items/materials have been removed from the property, and - The work area has received a basic sweep/cleanup (unless otherwise agreed)

Disposal, Recycling, and Donations

·       Materials are taken to appropriate transfer stations, recycling centers, or disposal facilities.

·       Certain items may require special handling or fees (e.g., mattresses, tires, appliances, e-waste). If applicable, these fees will be disclosed.

·       Donation drop-offs may be available by request when items are in donatable condition and a facility is accepting them.

Items We Do Not Accept

We do not haul hazardous or prohibited materials, including (but not limited to): chemicals, paints/solvents, asbestos-containing materials, medical waste, and explosives. If you are unsure about an item, ask before scheduling.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

·       Please provide as much notice as possible to cancel or reschedule.

·       Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a trip charge.
